Adoption as an Alternative

Have you ever wondered why your family is not where it should be? Why you either don't have children or why you don't have as many children as you thought your family would consist of?

There are many families with many different ethnicities and religious backgrounds that are desperately seeking to have a child in their life. Some are childless. Some are older couples. Some have children and want to add more children to their family. Some have biological children but feel their family isn't complete. Some just don't want to have biological children for reasons of their own.

Adoption is an Alternative! At any given point in time, both here in the US and abroad, there are many thousands of children needing permanent, loving, caring families and homes.

Statistically, there has been an explosion of adoptions estimated at 250,000 total completed both domestically and internationally from 1999 to 2013. Of these estimated 250,000 adoptions, there were approximately 95,000 boys and 155,000 girls. Since 2013, there has been a decline in international adoption due to the institution of the Hague Convention; however, there are still agencies and countries that children can successfully be adopted from and US adoption is always an option too.

Checking with the Department of State on status regulations in country is a safe and more secure way to proceed forward with an international adoption. The State Department always has first-hand current information on country specific information, problems that may occur and insights as to what needs to be done to have a successful experience.

When identifying a domestic agency or attorney to process your adoption, we recommend contacting the licensing bureau in the state to be sure the organization is ethical and has had no formal complaints filed against them.

Whether you choose domestic or international adoption, successful adoptions happen daily. The paper trail can seem endless and tiresome, Adopting Angels Consultants, LLC is ready to assist you so the seemingly burdensome task moves quickly, easily and thoroughly through the process and after your child is home so guess work on your part is non-existent.

The Law Offices of Kenneth M. Kaplan, Esquire processes the legal part of the adoption and AAC provides case management until finalization and beyond.

9/1/17 was one of the best days of my life! Mr. Kenneth Kaplan did an awesome job on my case.I would recommend him to anyone who needs a family law attorney. He's always there when I had a question, concern or needed reassurance. I was able to call, email or text him and he promptly responded. I told him my financial situation and he still worked with me. He cares more about his clients than the money. Evelyn, Nancy & Virginia, his assistants were awesome. I'm extremely satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge to help me get what I wanted for this case. Anonymous
